1. Who we are
LuxeAir ("LuxeAir", "we", "us") sells the LuxeAir Cordless Auto Curler and related accessories through this website. By placing an order or using this site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in EUR (or your selected currency) and include applicable VAT where required. The Summer Sale discount is automatically applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other codes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues; in those cases you receive a full refund.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe and/or Shopify Payments. We do not store full card details on our servers. Your order is confirmed only once payment is authorised.
5. Shipping
Shipping within the European Union is free. International rates are shown at checkout. Most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive within 3–6 business days in the EU. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Returns and 30-day money-back guarantee
You may return unused product in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Free gifts (e.g. ThermaShield Heat Protection Mist) must be returned with the main item or their retail value will be deducted from the refund.
7. Warranty
The LuxeAir Cordless Auto Curler is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, water damage, or unauthorised repairs.
8. Safe use
The LuxeAir is a heated styling tool. Use only as described in the included manual, keep away from children, and never submerge in water. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the LuxeAir name, logo, product images, and copy — is owned by LuxeAir or its licensors and may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, abuse promo codes, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxeAir's total liability for any claim arising out of your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which LuxeAir is registered. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence still apply.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
